Competition Rules

This competition is managed by RSI SmartCap Cape Town, in accordance with locallegislation and is in no way affiliated or sponsored by Facebook or any oftheir affiliated companies.

To enter, applicants need:
-To be 18 years or older at the time of participating in the competition.
-To be a resident of the Republic of South Africa at time of entry.
-Entrants will need to follow the competition mechanics shared on our Facebook page.
-This competition will run from 01 July 2021 – 29 July 2021, on the RSI SmartCapCape Town Facebook page.
-Only entries posted on the RSI SmartCap Cape Town Facebook page will be eligible for entry into this competition.
-RSI SmartCap Cape Town reserves the right to cancel this competition at any time ,and if less than 5 entries are received.
-Employeesof RSI SmartCap Cape Town, its partners, family, and friends are not eligible to enter the competition.

Winner’s selection:

-There will be 1x (one) Facebook winner selected.
-Thewinner will be selected randomly.-The winner will be randomly selected from valid entries posted on the RSISmartCap Cape Town Facebook page only.
-The winner will be contacted via the respective platform by 02 August 2021. -The winner will be requested to respond to RSI SmartCap Cape Town providingtheir full contact details and the physical address that the prize should be delivered.
-If an announced winner fails to get in touch with RSI SmartCap Cape Town by 05 August2021, this winner will forfeit the prize.
-If the winner’ details provided are incorrect, or if the winner cannot becontacted after 3 repeated attempts due to unavailability/inaccessibility, the prize will be forfeited. 
Competition Prize: - Stainlesssteel SmartCap braai.-The prize cannot be returned to the store or via online shopping for exchangeor refund.
-The prize is not transferable, nor can it be exchanged for cash. -Prizes cannot be re-sold for financial gain.-The winner selection is final and cannot be appealed.
